DH racing, freeriding, event planning and coaching –
she multi-tasks the bike world. She has represented
Canada at the World Championships, obtained top 3
finishes at the Canadian National Championships and
was most recently appointed one of the “26 Most
Influential People in Mountain Biking”. Additionally,
Katrina is the co-creator of Womenzworx, the worlds
only women’s freeride competition that takes place
during premiere mountain bike festival, Crankworx.
Katrina's dedication, determination and persistence
have directly contributed to her several successes and
mentor status in the mountain bike industry. When
she’s not riding her bike, she’s snowboarding, skiing,

Something Funny - Be careful the first time you ride with Shandro, you might get too excited and try to impress him and blow off the trail into a boulder field at 50 km/h in France, for example.
Why do I love Shandro? - I like Andrew Shandro because he turns off people's cars when they are stupid and leave them idling.
